Booking, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mirashya Homes, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable booking experience. Please read our policies carefully before making a reservation.
1. Booking Policy
a. Reservation Process
You can book your stay through our website, via email, or by contacting us directly. A booking is confirmed only after we receive proof of payment and issue a confirmation email.
b. Payment Terms
Advance Payment: 100% advance payment of booking amount is required for one night bookings. For more than one night 50% of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid before your check-in.
c. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required for all our properties. The amount and terms will be detailed in your booking confirmation. Refunds are processed at check-out, provided no damages or missing items are reported.
d. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
- Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
2. Cancellation Policy
a.1. For Villas
Cancellations made 30+ days before check-in will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 15-30 days of check-in will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 15 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Note: For stays between December 22 and January 7, cancellations made 30+ days before check-in qualify for a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.
a.2. For Apartments
Cancellations made 15+ days before check-in will receive a full refund (minus transaction fees).
Cancellations made within 7-15 days of check-in will receive a 50% refund (minus transaction fees).
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.
b. No-Show Policy
If a guest does not check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
c. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), we may offer a refund or rescheduling options at our discretion.
3. Refund Policy
a. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation.
b. Deductions
Refunds may be subject to deductions for bank charges, payment gateway fees, or administrative costs. For bookings that include a security deposit, damages or missing items may result in deductions from the deposit.
4. Modification Policy
a. Changes to Bookings
Guests may request changes to their booking (e.g., change of dates or property) by contacting us at least 7 days before check-in. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
b. Extending Your Stay
Requests to extend your stay must be made at least 48 hours before your original check-out date. Approval is subject to availability and full payment for additional nights.
